Home of Grace is a Non-Profit Organization that provides addiction and recovery, rehab, and counseling services to clients. They employ between 60-80 staff utilizing a multi campus network linked by fiber and wireless. My role was to manage and support the network for all the campuses, all end user devices including peripherals, and the cloud services for data and application software used by the organization. Application support included a full array of Microsoft products including operating systems, Office365, Salesforce DB application, and Google Workspace Enterprise Software.
