David Tarquin is a real estate investment professional. Prior to his tenure at WNC, Dave served at Pacific Urban Residential co-managing a core separate account for California Public Employees Retirement System (“CalPERS”) and assisting in capital raise efforts. He subsequently started his career at US Bank within the institutional real estate group.Dave capitalized on his institutional genus and entrepreneurial mindset in 2018 and founded ORKA Holdings.
