Lead the efforts of two fixed-route operating divisions with over 500 employees to provide safe, reliable and customer friendly service to the residents of Hamilton County, OH.

• Work with Business Development and Operations Teams to develop complete and comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals for Public Transportation Services throughout the U.S. and Canada.• Prepare written technical/sales documents integrating Veolia's capabilities with customer requirements, local area needs, industry relationships and other business intelligence gathering efforts.• Develop and lead presentations to Boards, Councils and Evaluation Committees.

• Develop sales strategies based in sound operating plans, efficient processes and responsible pricing in response to transit agency, school district, medical care provider or state medicaid agency requests for proposals. • Prepare written technical/sales documents coordinating customer requirements, local area needs, industry relationships and other business intelligence gathering efforts. • Develop operating plans for Coordinated Transportation Services, utilizing local taxicab, NEMT, limousine and shuttle subcontractors to provide public transit services saving agencies both capital and operating costs. • Successfully established training plans and programs, operations manuals, and contract compliance documents.
