Led both the business and IT team through many tough months of redesign and redevelopment of the original solution. Focus is on CPM, BI, and Planning applications with data warehouse and dimensional concepts.• Led both US and offshore India team to build an end-to-end cash flow POC to forecast future cash flow and associated metrics - including Days Sales Outstanding, Days Payable Outstanding, Projected Free Cash/Debt, with sensitivity analysis based on multiple currencies and exchange rates.

Provided end to end consulting, architecting, and hands on developing of financial and operational models.• Part of a large team that built corporate-wide financial models for the manufacturing finance team to calculate yield index, fix/variable overhead, amortization, standard revision, and direct labor costs. • Led a team that provided end to end consulting, architecting, and hands on development of Seasonal Pack Planning model to streamline the ops planning of packing vegetables, fruits, and tomato cans.• The solution reduced time needed to develop a monthly seasonal pack plan by half, standardize the pack planning process across business units, and greatly increase accuracy of the result.
