I am a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel's 'Digitial Business' department.Together with my talentet team I provide legal advice within the digital sphere, including in respect of for example artificial intelligence (AI), online platforms and data protection.I take pride in providing to the point legal advice with a view to the commercial and practical realities faced by our clients. In other words, a precondition for value creation is that the advice is easy to understand and to implement.The relevant areas of law are rapidly developing and navigating them effeciently (and with limited risk) requires an understanding of the interface between technology and law. In light hereof, we focus for example on cooperation with tech companies and have established various networks with our clients. I myself also have a technical background (prior to becoming a lawyer).
