CFO of On.Energy, an end-to-end provider of BESS solutions executing pioneering C&I, utility-scale, and microgrid projects across Latin America and the United States. Leveraging our 100% in-house and proprietary On.Command platform, On is currently installing 300MWh of peak-shaving, microgrid, UPS, frequency regulation, and energy shifting projects across multiple countries, with an additional 700MWh in late-stage development pipeline. Since 2022, On.Energy has raised more than $100 million USD in topco equity and project financing facilities, with asset-level commitments for an additional $100 million.Prior to my role as CFO, I served as the country manager of On.Energy in Mexico. During my 8 years based in Mexico City, I led the growth of the company from concept to execution of multiple first-of-a-kind BESS projects including storage-as-a-service contracts, UPS+BESS and solar+PV microgrid solutions. In addition to On.Energy, I am a founding partner of Repsa Energy Services, a solar sector subcontractor for some of the largest solar asset owners in Mexico. My experience includes: Contract negotiation (power purchase agreements, EPCs, shareholder agreements, LTSAs etc.), capital structuring (project finance, tax equity, IRA tax transfer, construction financing, permanent facilities), asset management (greenfield through operation), multiple equity capital raise rounds (friends/family, convertible notes, series A/B), financial modeling for corporate/project secured & non-recourse debt. I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with applied project experience working in both languages.
