I held 85 one-on-one advising meetings with multicultural scholarship students to evaluate their academic performance and success on campus. I also developed and delivered a workshop for 24 students covering positive psychology, how to effectively manage stress, and the importance of staying happy. This presentation has been presented to over 1,000 students since its inception in this position.

During my graduate education, I advised POWER (Promoting Ohio University Wellness Education and Responsibility) and GAMMA (Greeks Advocating the Mature Management of Alcohol), an organization consisting of student health educators. I led these 25 student leaders in creating and implementing peer to peer health programming, and I managed a streamlined invoice system that processed hundreds of program requests.

I was the NODA intern and managed orientation programming for 4,180 incoming students and 1,953 parents. I also served as leadership to 29 student orientation leaders for nine 2-day orientation sessions.
