As an executive in senior leadership teams for adidas North America and Greater China, I have held key roles in General Management, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations.Most recently, I held the roles of Vice President, Business Development, Chief Transformation Officer and COVID response and recovery lead for adidas North America. I was a member of the Extended Leadership Group, a select number of Global adidas senior leaders serving as an extension of the Executive Board. I played a critical executive role in the adidas North America turnaround that began in 2016.
