CurrentProvide strategic and tactical leadership for the following: Compensation: Design, develop and implement compensation practices and programs including base pay, variable pay, and incentive plans in support of business objectives and strategy.• Manage job evaluation activities to ensure internal equity and compliance with government laws/regulations; manage the development of salary structures and merit/bonus budgets.Benefits & Retirement Plan Administration: Provide strategic oversight to the planning, development, implementation, management, and administration of all benefits (including executive benefits) programs for the organization to ensure that they support and align with business objectives and strategy.• Chair of the PBS Retirement Plan Committee. Provide leadership and oversight of this internal PBS committee and provide annual reports to the Executive Committee of the PBS Board.• Ensuring that PBS is in compliance with laws and regulations related to benefit plans and policies; Responsible for overseeing all negotiations regarding annual premiums, RFP’s for new vendors, etc.Talent/Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management and goal setting program by providing employees with information/training needed to meet pay for performance objectives.• Creating processes and tools needed to foster the effective and efficient use of PBS’s talent/performance management program throughout the organization; Leveraging technology solutions (via Workday) to support effective implementation of the performance management and goal setting processes.Technology & HRIS: Provide principal oversight of HR Technology (Workday) by directing the development and maintenance of the system through streamlined process flows, while ensuring data integrity, credible reporting, and systems security. Develop Workday priorities, balancing needs with costs, budget constraints, system requirements/limitations, etc.
