Moreover, I Serve as A Vendor Management Lead for assigned category supplier relationships by performing business and contract reviews. One of my main duties is to plan and organize corporate purchases of COVID-19 related supplies and services. I also define service agreements for sanitizing. Negotiate bulk purchases of disposable and cloth masks, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, gloves, and other critical items. A few of key accomplishments are mentioned below:• Authored and issued Electrical Parts RFP for approximately $1.5M, which led to 10% cost reduction.• Implemented Procurement Card and Virtual Card program to minimize transaction costs and extend Days Payment Outstanding to achieve company objectives for Free Cash Flow.• Integrated 15 acquired plants into Novolex, which slashed expenses by 9% on $8M spend.• Researched suppliers and products with newly assembled products engineering team for introducing isolation gowns to fulfill COVID-19 market demand.

During my time here, I steered Global Purchasing and SAP team to modify 67 Material Groups and update 96K Material Masters in seven languages; coordinated changes with Site Buyers and end-users at all international sites. I played a key role as part of cross-functional team to generate SAP Business Intelligence global reporting for Purchasing, including Direct, Indirect, and Logistics spend. Moreover, I represented Purchasing Department for implementation of automated invoice processing into SAP with workflow design/testing and plant buyer training. A few of my notable accomplishments are:• Authored documentation and organized Site Buyer training comprising purchasing processes and SAP work instructions for 30 sites in North America, Europe, and Asia.• Played pivotal role as Global Key User for SAP Purchasing and Materials Management modules, involving acceptance testing and design coordination with IT and communication with end-users.

During my stint here, I monitored and supervised purchasing activities of 10 sites in North America, including RFP support, training, audits. One of my main tasks was to document goals and conduct performance evaluations for site buyers. I also facilitated and fostered interaction between Legal Department and sites for 150 contracts per annum, involving commercial terms, scope of work, and payment schedule. In addition, I devised Business Continuity Policy with IT, Finance, Legal, and Payroll support for North American locations with disaster recovery.A few of my key accomplishments are mentioned below:• Oversaw National MRO vendor contracts with four suppliers, which averaged $5M in spend.• Spearheaded sourcing project for $500K production building roof replacement with Engineering and Legal. ◦ ✓ Compiled RFP package with schematics, work statement, and requirements; completed under budgetary constraints.• Created and led automation initiatives for creating standard Purchase Orders to over 80% annually. ◦ ✓ Defined and incorporated KPIs and monthly measurements for site activities in annual buyer objectives and performance evaluations.• Issued RFP for $2M replacement rectifying transformer and created technical documentation with Engineering Team. including factory acceptance, site acceptance, and performance evaluation. ◦ ✓ Negotiated contract with penalties for delays and materials cost containment; completed project as per plant's goals.
