Onboarded initially as an understudy to an existing Account Director, and quickly grasped the role to the point that within 4 – 6 months I managed a number of independent ATM operators, including Europe’s largest independent ATM deployer (Cardtronics). I was responsible for the relationships, primally focused on senior management engagement to drive strategic initiatives and account growth. Capitalising on my previous experience in the Industry, I was able to secure a number of key sales and renewals within my first 18 months at DN, which ultimately led to a fast-track promotion to an Account Director.

Responsible for managing relationships with high profile household name retailers, Travel hubs and financial institutions throughout the UK, with specialist knowledge in dealing with these business sectors. I managed the sales pipeline and managing the tender process for new business opportunities.
