Initially onboarded as a principal contributor, I developed a team business case leading to the management of a 35-employee support team servicing IT, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury.• Developed and executed FinTech Partnerships with 3 technology platforms including Liberty Lending (National Debt Relief), Forward Line, and LendingPoint to provide consumer/commercial lending and served as bank of record while managing waitlisted partner relationships for further business development• Hired and directed a project manager, compliance specialist, and systems developer to build internal APIs for integration with partnered technology platforms

• Led Cross River Bank’s management of commercial, residential, and business portfolios as the 4th employee with the de novo Bank • Developed a team business case leading to the hiring and training of a 3-employee team focused on accounting, accounts payable, and credit analyses

• Partnered with traders and portfolio managers to monitor fixed income products for private banking clients through comprehensive knowledge of all investment products, securities processing, and client advisor set-up • Trained over 30 client advisors and 55 client advisor assistants in corporate, individual and trust documentation Investigated and cleared all cash and share discrepancies and improved the current reconciliation process.Maintained all documentation tracking reports (annual risk assessment, risk assessment, pre-merger, new accounts follow-up) to verify that outstanding account items are resolved in a timely manner; decreasing outstanding client items.Assisted in identifying flaws in the account opening process while creating a new framework to make the process more efficient.
