Responsible for SAIC Creative organization, including financial, operational, creative and strategic planning. Supported internal and external clients with diverse marketing and communications collateral, including web site development, video, and photography. Held dual roles as VP of Digital Communications and Creative, with combined budget of $12M budget and over 100 personnel.

Built department from ground up, leading policy, process, strategy and operations for intranet, public web site, award-winning social media strategy, and broadcast email distributions. Served on emergency operations/crisis communications team.

Managed BEA enterprise portal strategy and daily operations, overseeing 20 technical staff in multiple small to large-sized projects as part of multimillion-dollar overhaul. Executed content management, project management, and QA and usability for new portal.

Drove vision and strategy for internal web site selected by leading authority on web usability as one of the year’s Ten Best Intranets. Championed project tracking system.

Responsible for application development as well as assorted projects for the SAIC internal and external web sites. Assisted with the day-to-day management of the group. Provide input on direction and strategy for internal and external web sites.

Design user interface and information architecture for external and internal web sites. Responsible for the overall "look and feel" of SAIC’s internal and external web sites.
