I'm the co-founder of ProReal Ltd (also Rethinkly) and responsible for the original concept which is based on my training in sociodrama, storytelling and coaching. For years I'd noticed that groups and individual quickly accessed insight when they viewed and re-understood a situation from different perspectives - especially when standing in the shoes of others. Our software enables this for individuals, teams and large groups.ProReal is being used in many countries and seems to be a bridge between the worlds of 'mental health' (not sure I really like the term) and learning and development.
