Took initiative in converting an orchard harvesting platform into an autonomous system by programming a PCB using C. The key steps involved were:- Designing and implementing a self-steering device that could effectively navigate between orchard tree rows.- Introducing a voltage control mechanism to manage the steering through the Electric Actuator on the Harvesting Platform.- Designing the circuitry for the ultrasonic sensors and digital screen required for the autonomous steering device.- Developing a C++ program to control the steering of the harvesting platform based on the readings from the ultrasonic sensor.- Thoroughly testing both the software and circuitry on the harvesting platform to ensure proper functionality and safety

Led orchard crews, trained workers, and managed projects for the apple orchard's success. My responsibilities included:- Analyzing soil and orchard layout for optimal apple tree placements, considering harvest seasons and year-round needs.- Developing and teaching advanced tree training and pruning methods to accelerate tree maturation and increase apple yield.- Creating detailed harvest plans, guiding new team members effectively, to ensure a successful and abundant harvest.
