Sales Engineering is the connection between Sales and Marketing and the delivery organization.Responsibilities• Supports all solutions executives and account managers in addressing any generalist technical or product questions• Draft demo strategy and scripts, develop, and present demos in person for specific pursuits• Own all technical and products sections of RFP responses where we have chosen to respond• Lead the creation of any demo environments and assets proactively outside of any specific pursuit• Build any necessary prototypes in the pursuit of new clients or the expansion of business at current clients• Manage any necessary proof-of-concept or pilot projects with prospects in order to prove value in support of closing business• Delivers technical training on new and updated products to pre-sales and sales staff internally • Assist in gathering requirements from prospective clients and positioning our services and partner products competitively in sales pursuits• Assists in refining SOWs to ensure they are technically correct and list any necessary technical assumptions/risks• Assist in verifying technical and product details in any marketing collateral or other assets• Procure the appropriate participation from the delivery organization to provide any SME or deeper expertise as needed

Latest Project: Leading architectural role evaluating all business and technology process for the Texas Office of Attorney General. Role includes all aspects of evaluation interfacing with all agency customers from back office to C level. Tasks include broad scope to minutia assessment of existing technology and process in order to introduce new-age software implementation to support over 650 attorneys.

I have developed the AnyImage project over many years of work. It is basically a ground up high-performance, fully featured, imaging platform written in C#.Net. I am considering making it open source.

Contributed upon Optimiser Desktop Client which enables fully integrated planning of Site Level, BSC/RNC and Core Network Voice / Packet capacity in 2G, 3G and 4G networks to improve planning predictability by driving the process using trended actuals. Assisted with evaluation and design of historical and actual trend evaluation, viewing and reporting technology developing in C#, Winforms and heavy emphasis on highly efficient XML processing in the terabytes.

Presently writing a J2EE engine plus web services to convert Office documents and images to PDF documents.Converting old school VB/VB.Net applications to VS2012 VB.Net.
