Main Responsibilities:• Working alongside the senior marketing manager to develop and implement annual marketing plans for a portfolio of global brands. • Interacting with brand principles on a daily basis to manage queries, share information and receive updates regarding brand plans and developments.• Ensuring the communication flow of relevant information between all departments of the internal business, including monthly co-ordination meetings with the Managing Director to provide progress reports on key brand plans and activity.• Engaging with the merchandising and sales functions as well as the internal business to manage the timely flow of all advertising and point of sale material. • Managing the merchandising process and prioritising workload to ensure the merchandiser has a weekly schedule that will provide a high quality service for customers. • Managing the graphic design and print production process, sorting and prioritising job requests to maximise efficiency and ensure satisfaction for customers.• Management of brand events as well as staff training, working to given deadlines and in accordance with set budgets.

Main Responsibilities:• Working with a material spend and inventory value of over £50 million (GBP) • Worked on an accelerated project to clear invoices up to an individual value of £25,000 (GBP)• Working as part of a team of 10 Material Planners to reduce Air Freight costs by 41% in 6 months from £80,000 to £33,000 (GBP)• Dealing and Communicating with people at all levels within FG Wilson including Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Accounts and Stores on a daily basis• Communicating and Meeting with Suppliers both Locally and Globally• Ability to use SAP for Material Planning and Inventory Management• Root Cause Analysis of Material Shortage to assess why they occurred and what preventative actions could be put in place to avoid a reoccurrence (8D Analysis)• Ensuring timely flow of material to our production lines• Attend Daily Production meetings with Logistics and Production Personnel • Participating in Supplier Group Therapy – Working with poor performing suppliers to improve communication, and ensure they achieved a minimum of 98% On-time Delivery Performance• Daily use of the Microsoft Office Package – Including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
