We all have a story and here’s a little bit about mine…. I’ve been doing what I do for a fairly long time. I love engaging with people and opening doorways to development. I am inspired by the ‘moments of grace’ that arise from guiding people into a place of personal insight and transformation – this inflection point is where ‘my great joy meets the world’s great need’.I am a uniquely experienced consultant, adviser, trainer, coach, mentor, guide and student. I have extensive senior executive and Board experience acquired in top 10 Australian corporates. I was the Chief Audit Executive of Australia Post for many years, leading the Board’s Audit, Risk & Compliance program and transforming the company’s Internal Assurance service into a leadership development incubator. I was also a member of the organisation’s Culture, Ethics and Risk Management Committees.I am a senior consultant with national business values and ethics consultancy Managing Values; I am also a senior adviser for CPA Australia where I consult on finance best practice, and human development on bespoke emotional intelligence and related programs. I also designed and facilitate the ‘Communication Influence and Trust’ development program for the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia.In parallel with this journey, I have focused on personal growth and capacity building for over 25 years and as part of this co-foundered Melbourne Men’s Group Inc, (MMG) in 1998 – MMG is a not for profit, tax deductible registered charity and volunteer led organisation. I have facilitated, coached and guided human development at hundreds of ‘talking circles’, workshops and breathwork groups.I also offer depth development programs via the Cultivate Wholeness initiative – which focuses on offering development experiences inspired by the Soulcentric principles of the Nature Based Map of the Human Psyche – as developed by Bill Plotkin and team at the Animas Valley Institute (AVI) of Colorado.From a traditional education perspective, I have Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Master of Business (Information Technology) degrees and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of CPA Australia.I am also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Breathwork, hold a Cert. IV in Training & Assessment, and am accredited as a DiSC personality assessment certified trainer. I am also actively involved in deep personal transformation work as a member in AVI’s ground-breaking 'Wild Mind’ Training Program - and am on the Soulcraft ANZ Inc. leadership Council.
