The Director of Technical Services is responsible for the delivery services portfolio aligned with a specific technology domain. The role is aligned to three strategic goals, delivery excellence, skills transformation, and DevOps and automation. In concert with our partners and business leaders the role develops enablement plans, sales strategies and process improvements. Reporting to the VP of Technical Services, the Director is also responsible for the enablement, retention, and utilization of the team.

This role is measured against customer satisfaction feedback and services profitability.

The role of the Transition Manager is to bring stabilization to IT organization navigating the challenges of outsourcing services and solutions. This role integrates, adapts, transforms, processes and procedures for our clients aligned with contracted service level agreements. Leveraging best practices and processes designed to assess, implement and inspect services, the Transition Manager orchestrates resources across multiple domains to minimize service interruptions before, during, and after transition. The Transition Manager maintains ownership of services until all scheduled services are on-line and in production.
