• Infrastructure services company engaged in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, engineering and business process outsourcing services for blue-chip companies and governments throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia.
• Reported to UGL’s Chief Executive Officer with P&L responsibility for UGL’s ANZ, Asia and Middle East Services Divisions (~$1 billion revenue, >5000 personnel in 9 countries).
• Led the provision of real estate and facilities management services to corporations, governments and institutions.
• Completed restructuring of systems, processes and organisational structure in UGL’s ANZ Services Division to double profit in 2009 through a period of economic downturn and a further doubling in 2010.
• Restructured by focusing geographies and lines of business in Singapore, India and China delivering a doubling of profit in that region.
• Initiated, negotiated and finalised operating JVs in Qatar and Saudi Arabia enabling UGL to operate in these countries.

• Reported to UGL’s Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for the UGL’s growth through defining and implementing strategy including managing the structuring of UGL’s global businesses and systems, coordinating.
• Oversaw UGL-wide financial performance enhancement working with all UGL divisions to achieve UGL’s annual results in FY2008.
• Restructured UGL’s significant Southern region rail business including strategy development and organisational, contractual and business process restructuring resulting in a significant profit growth.

• Managed board meetings with the international board members, resulting in the agreement of strategic direction and implementation and significant business growth.
• As Chair of two project joint venture boards, managed the board meetings with the international and local board members (including government owned corporations).
• Managed the successful growth, profitability and cash management of InterGen Australia’s business through successful start-up and optimisation of greenfield, capital intensive power projects (> A$1.5 billion) with.
• Managed the project finance banking consortia of 20+ Australian and international banks and renegotiating project finance of $1.025 bn.
