Mr. Topley has over 35 years of electric power industry experience. He has held Senior Reactor Operator Licenses on two commercial boiling water reactors, has held positions of Shift Manager, Operations Manager, Training Manager, General Manager of Maintenance, Performance Improvement Director, and presently works as a consultant. He has extensive power plant experience including: on-shift commercial nuclear power experience that includes preoperational and startup testing at Nine Mile Unit 2, two successful accreditation renewals at JA FitzPatrick Nuclear Station, managerial positions within operations, maintenance, training, and performance improvement departments, and on-shift mentoring of operating crews. His areas of expertise include: plant operations, management of accredited training programs, corrective action and self-assessment, outage management, plant maintenance, and management problem solving.
