• Created, developed, refined and implemented improved processes resulting in the dramatic improvement in the timeliness of counseling and all other administrative actions for organizational employees. Erased 8 month.
• Reorganized and modified internal processes resulting in better management of training for all employees; Ensured training courses for the year stayed within budget.
• Oversaw the turn in of over $2 million of excess property and reorganization of sub section equipment.

• Served as the Battalion Operations supervisor. Assisted in the planning, tracking and execution of battalion training to ensure the highest level of readiness. Directly supervised 3 company training rooms, 5 senior.
• Planned, staffed, resourced and executed 5 out of 7 training events for the unit best warrior competition. Recognized by leadership as being instrumental to the events success.
• Served as project manager for multiple renovation projects and the relocation of the unit headquarters to its new facility upon completion. Move was completed with no degradation of mission, loss or damage to equipment.
• Rewrote and issued 6 separate standard operating procedures and revised the long range training calendar in the first 60 days while manned at 50% strength and recruiting personnel.
• Facilitated the proper turn-in and disposition of unit property resulting in excess of $100,000 saved and numerous resources repurposed.
• Successfully coordinated 19 demonstrations and 6 distinguished visitor events including both U.S. and Foreign military General Officers and U.S. Congressional Representatives.

• Served as the Senior Intelligence Sergeant for an Air Assault Infantry Brigade Combat Team of 3500 soldiers. Supervised and conducted intelligence analysis and production to support 6 separate organizations..
• Extraordinarily organized, chosen by commander to deploy early and provide daily intelligence updates allowing the unit to properly plan operations.
• Effortlessly managed 11 soldier's growth by cross training within five jobs and duty positions ensuring critical capabilities were not lost during deployment.
• Maintained 100% accountability of equipment valued in excess of $2.9 million as well as 11 soldiers and 25 additional augmentees from civilian agencies while in austere combat conditions.
• Managed and supervised the ever-changing reset requirements on military intelligence equipment and systems across the BDE following deployment.
• Oversaw the scheduling and inspection of all 7 different units’ physical and administrative security programs receiving a 100% pass rate by the Division Command Inspection Program.
