Coordinate with 12 person staff to facilitate experiential learning through a five day conference in and throughout Washington, D.C. for high school students from around the country. Communicate building blocks around purpose, service, citizenship, inclusion, and collaboration in both large group and small group settings - promoting an environment to learn by doing. Conference was completed successfully seven consecutive times - more than 2,200 students in total.

Championed vision, mission, and principles of Agricultural Education and FFA to government officials, sponsors, teachers, and more than 653,000 students through shared value meetings and networking. Developed and delivered more than 100 workshops and 50 motivational speeches focusing on leadership, personal growth, and career success for middle school, high school and college student audiences ranging from 5 to 20,000 – reaching 120,000 people in travel to 29 states and Japan. Represented student membership in guiding organizational discussions and decisions on the National FFA Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
