Mammoth Medical Missions (MMM) is a secular, 501c3 nonprofit, non-governmental volunteer organization based in Mammoth Lakes, California, that provides medical, surgical, dental, and general health-care services and education to underserved rural and mountain communities worldwide, as well as emergency medical response and field triage in case of large-scale disaster and/or mass casualty. A Mammoth Medical Missions surgical strike team was the first foreign medical team on the ground in Leyte Province, Philippines, in the wake of Super Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda.
