I managed all facets of the publication including national sales (Print & Digital), sales team, production, editorial team, new business development, circulation team, direct mail, marketing, video (product demonstration, seminars, webinars and promotional videos) and outside advertising buys/trades. I developed all print and online components to expand the reach of the magazine.

As Publisher, I managed the editorial staff, new business development, video, advertising, direct mail and online componenents of the magazine. For 25 years, Art Calendar evolved into the leading business magazine in the industry focussed on sales trends, marketing and income opportunities for visual artists.

Managed all facets of this fast-paced, high-volume facility specializing in large format commercial printing production, direct mail and fulfillment. Clients included Hard Rock Café (Domestic & International), Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. Helped develop one of the first national online on-demand printing systems in the country.

Managed staff in high volume printing/publishing/direct mail facility producing 14 monthly publications and millions of mailed pieces per month. Maintained and developed relationships with freelance writers, designers and photographers to produce MetroWest Magazine.

Full-service facility which develops product packaging for the educational industry and consumer products. Managed staff of packaging designers, production and finishing teams. Worked directly with customers to generate ideas for the best possible solution for their needs within budget constraints.

Ad agency producing four (4) bi-monthly publications. Design & layout, scanning, photography, pre-press, print coordination and production management all in-house.

Active Adult (Senior) Publications. Coordinated all production, design, editorial, printing and direct mail campaigns for these bi-monthly publications.
