I am a well-rounded Risk and Internal Audit leader, with varied experience working in both the 'Big 4' (London & Sydney) and 'in-house'. Originally trained as a Chartered Accountant (ACA - ICAEW) working in external/financial audit, I quickly moved into solely focusing on risk assurance, internal audit, and the governance associated with it - supporting clients in internal audit (outsourced & co-sourced models), risk management, ESG frameworks, ITGCs, IPO readiness (NYSE & LSE), SOX (implementation and testing streams), and risk governance uplift across a wide range of industries. I was looking for a new challenge, and so I left consulting in mid-2021 to join Morningstar as their Director of Risk Management for the Asia-Pacific region. I now lead the Global function as Head of Risk Management, tackling the challenges of the ERM program across the business (excl. the DBRS rating agency subsidiary).About Morningstar:Morningstar, Inc. is a leading provider of independent investment insights in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
