After the move the development of a specific department to bring in house the assembly of electronic tap switching units was completed, as well mare latterly was the integration of a small transformer manufacturing facility onto site.Other areas of responsibility have included providing technical support both in house and externallyfor existing product, input and support relating to new product development & testing, A further element was the development and deployment of the company wide CRM system(Sage 200 based) to allow a single information point to be available to all employees on a perproject basis.

It was during this time that I also completed my technical qualifications.
