Involved in all aspects of specification creation for BLRB with researching new products, updating and maintaining master specifications in master spec and BSD SpecLink. Instituted an effort to gather lessons learned. Inclusion of Washington Sustainable School Protocol requirements in appropriate projects. Work with team to incorporate updates into the specifications and share with design and CA teams. Conduction keynote audits of the BSD, Revit and linked files. Assisted designers with understanding the connection between their designs and the actual products being specified. Maintained complex specification schedule to keep track of project deadlines in four offices across Oregon and Washington. Trained new staff to take over scheduling and keynote auditing. Worked with administration to schedule "Lunch and Learns" for continual learning. Transbay 8 luxury 55 story high-rise in San Francisco, worked remotely on short-term contract to refine construction documents after permit submittal to meet the designers intent, the owners budget and solve the contractors questions. Worked to develop the lighting, finishes and details valet parking garage & condominium tower amenity spaces for constructability in ASI and RFI process. Research and investigated of products, with input from construction team, to create specifications for new construction process.

Bellevue, Washington

• Lincoln Square Expansion on HKS production and design team completing the construction documents, specifications and details of amenities including the office tower lobby video wall, glass marquee tower and W Hotel entrance sign experience. • Working with designers to make buildable permit drawings for the W Hotel Restaurant in a contemporary lake-farm house and the retro-speakeasy W Hotel Destination Bar.

• Evergreen Healthcare, Evergreen Hospital, Kirkland, WA – Healthcare Tenant improvement of two-floors from core and shell to Progressive Care Units & Critical Care Units.• Evidence Based Healthcare design shaped out of meetings with the hospital and construction team, site tours, research, space planning to completion of released construction documents. Complying with the current Facilities Guidelines for Healthcare design in an existing building and obtaining Department of Health approval along with the building permit.• Worked with consultant team in Revit for integration of systems using DIRTT walls. The first complete use of this modular wall system in critical care.• Created sketch-up models, Revit families of healthcare casework and splash proof sink.• Management of detailed schedules for headwall, doors, healthcare equipment for intensive care units.
