I have led the study design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis of numerous “Phase -0” user research projects and product/system designs.I am currently using this body of knowledge and past experiences at Gordon Manor and Hopkins Manor, two assisted living facilities for the elderly. I am acting as technology implementer and decision maker. This job requires both the ability to observe and analyze, both the clients and staff and the ability to synthesize strategic solutions to move this business forward.
