Led the development of 'Campfire', a SaaS tool built by Orange Sky Australia, a for-purpose organisation, for similar organisations making an impact in the community. When Orange Sky was launched in 2014, they discovered that software on the market at the time for volunteer based organisations was costly and didn't meet their bespoke needs. In 2017, Orange Sky launched the "Portal" for Orange Sky volunteers and staff. In 2018, Orange Sky won the $1 Million Google Impact Challenge which has allowed them to build "Campfire", a more-advanced version of the "Portal" suitable for all for-purpose organisations.

Responsible for overseeing all OSA services throughout Australia, and launching into New Zealand. During my 2 years leading the Operations team we grew from 12 vans and 500 volunteers, to 28 vans and 1800 volunteers. Throughout this time we developed a safety culture within the volunteer community, and grew the impact of the mobile laundry and shower vans for people experiencing homelessness. In this role I also managed all IT projects, including the implementation of an automated onboarding system for new volunteers and online portal for roster volunteers.
