Served in a logistics management capacity for aviation support equipment, Staff Consultant and Technical Manager to Commander, Naval Air Forces in all technical matters concerning aircraft support equipment (SE). As the Command's recognized authority on equipment for multiple T/M/S aircraft including E-2C, E-2D, C-2A, E6-B, C-130, P-3, P-8, MQ-4, MQ-9, and MQ-25 aircraft platforms; providing management, direction, execution, and coordination of all technical and logistical elements in support of assigned platforms. Directly responsible for support equipment technical performance, integrated logistic support planning, technical documentation, and logistical support for the training, operation, re-design, modification, maintenance, repair, and provisioning of in-use and developmental aircraft support equipment at shore and sea activities across the fleet. Additionally responsible for the planning, direction, and execution of major policy development, documentation, and logistic support. In the performance of these duties rested the authority to cross divisional lines of responsibility while continuously reviewing and analyzing all information received relating to assigned programs.

Project Manager Leading 1 Senior Chief, 2 Chiefs, and 16 Sailors who are Responsible for converting all ships lighting from fluorescent to LED, troubleshooting and restoring lighting outages across the ship, troubleshooting and restoring receptacle power to all shipboard spaces. Additionally, we locate, track, and roll safety Tagouts related to power and lighting outages.

Led 2 Senior Chiefs, 7 Chiefs, and 113 Sailors through 221 maintenance phases, and 538 jobs across 142 shipboard spaces. Efforts resulted in 100% completion of shipyard maintenance milestones two months ahead of schedule and Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department winning its 7th consecutive Black "E" for Aviation Maintenance Excellence.

Led 219 Sailors across 52 work centers in the completion of 37,348 repair actions. Efforts resulted in a 91% repair rate, 85% test bench availability, 98% calibration readiness rating, 98% support equipment availability, and 97% Aviation Armament Systems availability during a combat deployment. Exemplary leadership resulted in Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department winning the 6th consecutive Black "E" for Aviation Maintenance Excellence.

Directed the efforts of 16 Branch Chief Petty Officers and 320 Sailors across 52 work centers in processing 20,036 maintenance and 575 preventative maintenance actions ensuring 100% test bench availability over 150 separate platforms and 5,794 support equipment items. Efforts were vital to Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department obtaining a perfect score on Commander Naval Air Forces Aviation Maintenance Inspection; Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department winning its 5th consecutive Black "E" for Aviation Maintenance Excellence, and achieving 100% of milestones in support of combat operations while overseas.

Consolidated Automated Support System/Radar Test Bench Set Branch Chief Petty Officer. Directed the administrative and professional development of 71 personnel and two work center supervisors in the repair of 1,042 avionics and armament system components, achieving a 94% ready-for-issue rate at a cost savings of $476,838 in direct support of 17 tenant squadrons.

Production Control Leading Chief Petty Officer. Directed the production and administrative efforts of 731 Sailors, Marines, and civilians assigned to 64 work centers in completing 49,871 maintenance actions at a $4.9 Million cost avoidance, and a Beyond-Capable Maintenance cost savings of $8.7 Million.

Production Control Leading Petty Officer. Directed the efforts of 731 Sailors, Marines, and civilians assigned to 64 work centers in performing maintenance on 48,471 components for H-60, H-53, and E2/C2 assets. Efforts resulted in a 90.2% ready-for-issue rating while achieving an annual cost avoidance of $28.8 Million and maintaining a 92.1% test bench readiness rating command wide. Performed 110 mission critical, expedited material transfers with 100% accuracy to activities world wide.

Radar Test Bench Set/Electronic Counter Measures Leading Petty Officer. Responsible for leading 24 personnel in the maintenance and operation of multiple radar, electronic counter measures, and night vision imaging systems in support of 17 tenant squadrons. Efforts led to the completion of 667 maintenance actions resulting in a 90% ready-for-issue rate and a cost avoidance of $1.3 Million annually.

Individual Material Readiness List Manager responsible leading 35 personnel in the inventory and management of 8,571 items of support equipment for three departments, valued at $129 Million while providing liaison services to Fleet Support Teams, Commander Naval Air Forces. Achieved 100% air comparison reporting and ensured Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department was prepared to support sea trials, carrier qualifications, and deployment.
