At SME.sk, where I have been working for almost a decade, I helped launching a robust podcast network, enhancing content production and spearheading business development initiatives. My role synthesizes digital and audio strategy expertise. Currently, I'm the head of the podcast unit and oversee audio strategy.In my previous role at SME.sk I worked on subscription growth and retention. One of the biggest and lasting outcomes was building a comprehensive newsletter strategy.Occasionally, I write about media development, innovation in journalism and share case studies.
