-Founded the non-profit Global Events Group following the Sydney Olympics to coordinate a spectrum of agencies and denominations under a single banner to utilize their strengths and resources to develop an array of programs aimed at serving local residents, youth, international visitors, major event organizers, athletes and families. -Opened offices in South Africa (2002), Turin and Germany (2004), Beijing (2006), London (2009) and Russia (2012), training local staff to oversee program development to successfully support international games-Serves as a Development and Outreach Consultant to multiple organizations-Direct Christian denominations, Games Organizing Committees and National Olympic Committees (Brazil, Russia, Japan, Qatar and Australia) on the development and implementation of various outreach opportunities (Volunteer, Homestay, Festival/Fan Fest, and Chaplaincy programs)-Partner with the USOC on the Homestay placement of Athlete family members (2016 Olympics)-Partner with the USPGA for the Homestay placement of their volunteers for 2016 Ryder Cup-Exploring expansion groundwork for professional football team in Las Vegas -Serve as Olympic attache for Madagascar Olympic Team

-Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the Christian Communities involvement (200+ churches) with the 2015 Pan Am and Para Pan Games -Contracted with TO2015 to implement the chaplaincy program within Athlete Village, the Volunteer Homestay Program (www.volunteerhomestay.ca) and the water distribution program at 10 venues

Glasgow, United Kingdom

-Accountable for the creation, approval and ongoing management of contracts with both the Scottish Government and Ryder Cup committee for the inaugural implementation of the Volunteer Homestay Program for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles -Provided 2,000+ free nights of accommodation and breakfast to official volunteers

London, United Kingdom

-Reporting to Lord Brian Mawhinney (Chairman of the English Football League), coordinated all aspects of the More Than Gold games service and outreach programs for the 2012 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games-Oversaw the coordination of 3,000+ Churches and agencies with 3,500 trained and deployed volunteers as well as 490 Chaplains and Games Pastors recruited to serve in the Olympic Village, airports and stations-Provided housing to 280 Olympic/Paralympic Family Guests in 160 homes (3,000 bed nights)-Coordinated 200 Big Screen/Fan Fest festivals (600,000 participants); distributed 500,000 free water bottles during 440 hours of cultural performance at renowned venues (Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral)-Raised $5 million to support outreach efforts ($3m in gifts and sponsorship with $2m raised in Gift in Kind)-Selected as Olympic Touch Bearer for the creation of the Homestay program and provision of free accommodations for over 1,000 Athletes Family members at various Olympics games (Atlanta, Sydney, Salt Lake City, Vancouver and London)

-Spearheaded all aspects of the More Than Gold service and outreach programs for the 2008 Summer Games and 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, including the implementation of 20 Big Screen/Fan Fest Festivals (30,000 participants) and the recruitment, housing, transportation and retention of 1,100 volunteers-Responsible to the local Organizing Committees for the development and coordination of Chaplaincy Services within the Olympic Village (2008 and 2010) and the Volunteer Homestay Program (2010)

Athens, Greece And Turin, Italy

-Oversaw the staging of 50+ sports camps throughout Greece (with 700 volunteer athletes participating) and 25 Big Screen Festivals (15,000 participants) -Developed and coordinated Chaplaincy Services for both the Athens and Turin Olympic Villages

Greater Salt Lake City Area

-Oversaw hosting of 1,000 volunteers and coordination of 550,000 meals for official volunteers, providing 260 Athlete family members complimentary housing in local host homes (2,600+ bed nights)-Developed and implemented the Chaplaincy Services and the Samsung Athlete Family Homestay Program (400 Athletes Family members hosted from 30 countries) for the Local Olympic Organizing Committee

Sydney, Australia

-Spearheaded all aspects of service/outreach programs for the 2000 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games-Coordinated efforts of 700 churches and agencies, implementing 110 sports clinics and 120 Big Screen/Fan Fest Festivals with 225,000 in attendance, 600,000 cups of water distributed at Olympic Park-Raised donations in excess of $1.8 million from foundations, individuals and fundraising events-Developed and facilitated Chaplaincy Services and the Samsung Athlete Family Homestay Program

-Oversaw all Salvation Army outreach programs for the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics and Paralympic Games-Coordinated the hosting of 2,200 athletes families (20,000+ bed nights), the distribution of 3.5 million free cups of water at Olympic venues and the recruitment, housing and training of 10,000 volunteers
