Ik help vastgoedeigenaren en exploitanten met oduurzaamheidsstrategieen en het verduurzamen van bestaand vastgoed , waaronder woningportefeuilles , kantoren, commercieel- en zorgvastgoed. Met mijn ondernemerservaring in startups in tech (software- en hardware), retail (ecommerce) en de vastgoedsector (projectontwikkeling, gebiedsontwikkeling en conceptontwikkeling), duurzaamheid en verduurzaming heb ik aan den lijve ondervonden wat innovatie, duurzaamheid, vastgoedontwikkeling en Europees vermarkten betekent en waar je allemaal tegenaan loopt. Al deze learnings en successen neem ik mee bij mij opdrachtgevers of projecten. I focus on sustainable real estate (re-)development in housing, retail, offices and care. Sustainability., circularity, biobased building and energy transition is what gives me energy.Besides I'm a company builder and challenger.
