I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in Service Design and Marketing. Having completed my Postgraduate degree in Service Design, I now actively engage in both individual and collaborative projects that aim to enhance business development and support social causes. My approach merges creative problem-solving with business strategy, helping organizations design and deliver services that drive value and meaningful change.Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at Corvinus University, where my research focuses on Customer Experience in B2B services. This research not only deepens my understanding of customer behavior but also informs the service design strategies I implement in my professional work.My experience spans both B2C and B2B marketing, as well as business consulting, where I specialize in marketing, service design, and people-focused change management.
