David has a real passion for deals, and in particular financial due diligence. He enjoys the challenge of a transaction, with each transaction being unique and providing the opportunity to add value to his clients, both habitual deal makers and those going through their first transaction. Having joined PwC in August 2016, David brings with him over 12 years of experience both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom. He has worked across a range of sectors including telecommunications, FMCG, Oil & Gas, manufacturing, utilities, aquaculture, and retail and enjoys working with Private Equity clients. David has a hands on approach and works closely with clients through the transaction process. He particularly enjoys the challenge of completion mechanisms (including locked box) and the tangible benefit to clients of a well thought through mechanism. Loving anything sport related, David spends a lot of his time on the weekends at the gym or watching the NRL, cricket and the EPL. He hopes to live long enough to see his beloved Liverpool finally reclaim to the EPL title.
