In this role, I was responsible for group digital delivery across the Eclipx portfolio of companies in Australia and New Zealand. My key responsibility was to establish the digital delivery plan and coordinate end to end internal resourcing and vendor management to deliver new digital products consistently on budget, on time, and according to business.

Following a promotion, my role was expanded to include responsibility for implementing the PMO framework across FleetPartners Australia and New Zealand, including ensuring the project portfolio aligned to core Executive team objectives. My remit also included hands on project management of many projects spanning new digital, finance products, funding.

As head of the new product development team, my responsibilities were rapidly expanded to include wider overall responsibility for product development in addition to the digital channel. This required leading the Digital team in addition to project managers and business analysts.Products delivered included various customer facing websites, online self.

As the FleetPartners Programme and Project Manager, I was responsible for managing the delivery of the Digital team, while concurrently managing a team delivering new products within the telematics (real-time tracking) sector.

In this role, I was responsible for managing the technical, project, and product delivery of a FleetPartners funded online startup. This startup provided end to end online vehicle selection, financing, and ordering of vehicles targeting the SME market, and was a first in Australia.Following the succcessful launch, this startup was subsequently integrated.

In this role I was responsible for implementing digital dashboard solutions for a variety of blueship clients including Redbull, Microsoft, and Herron.

Project Manager (Agile) for a Silicon Valley funded startup specializing in virtual storage solutions. This company was subsequently acquired and relocated overseas.

End to end agile project management responsibility for many of Australia's largest websites including Domain.com.au, Drive.com.au, MyCareer.com.au and many others. This role included managing large digital teams across disperse locations with budgets up to $5M.In this role, I also received an award for exceptional project management.
