- Assist students with in-class and testing accommodations such as:* Proctor groups of over 30 students during midterm exams or final exams* Reading out loud/typing for vision impaired students* Taking notes in class for physically disabled students- File and store confidential student and important university documentation- Formally present information about our office to students and staff on and off campus

- Collect, organize, and store all Inventory Department records such as invoices, important documentation, logs, and ledgers, both digital and paper.- Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales and product reports as instructed by Store Management or the Corporate team- Revise and ensure all reports, records, invoices, manifests and other documents are properly formatted and saved accordingly to the records retention schedule- Correspond with the Accounting Department to ensure all payments, payment returns, and credits are accurately entered and recorded in Quickbooks; Assist with Accounts Payable as requested- Contact vendors and schedule payment pickups for new and past due invoices- Conduct Vendor Payouts which involves handling large amounts of cash varying between $100 - $100,000

- Ensure all products of different variations are properly tagged and fully stocked in an individual compartment ready to be placed on the sales floor- Create specific QR code labels to paste on products while paying close attention to differing batch numbers and ensuring that the oldest batch numbers are out on the sales floor first- Count each product and ensuring the counts and batch number sizes are correct in the Meadows system when conducting an inventory check

- Collaborate with a team of 5 - 10 associates to ensure sales plans are met through engagements, product sales, and customer retention strategies such as obtaining contact information to deliver store information- Educate customers who are new to herbal remedies by offering product knowledge such as explaining the difference between THC and CBD and describing how those cannabinoids work together to provide whole-body benefits while also emphasizing the different ways cannabis is consumable- Greet and check-in customers into our Meadows system while noting if they are a first-time or returning customer, if they are of age to enter our store, and verify that there have a valid ID card- Promote and emphasize certain brands who purchase a marketing space/wall-space to display their brand logo and products in order to help increase their product sales

- Gather all necessary packaging materials (i.e. boxes, inserts, sticker labels, etc.) pertinent to each specific product- Collaborate with a group of 16 people to complete tasks while always remaining vigilant as to where on the assembly line extra assistance is needed- Ensure consistent product quality for each item manufactured before it is packed in boxes and shipped out to locations

- Create lesson plans accordingly to fit certain student’s learning levels- Present and teach student appropriate lesson plans based on their learning levels- Supervise large groups of over 100 students during lunch and recess

- Serve quality IKEA meals to customers and coworkers during store business hours - Ensure proper temperature for each food item is correct and meets California’s Food Safety Regulations - Stock food pantry continuously for customer satisfaction and to maintain a full and abundant looking shopping food pantry are
