Since I finished my academic studies when I presented my Telecom Engineering project about GPRS to UMTS, in Linköping (Sweden), I´ve always been working in the IT sector on both sides of Internet.Firstly, at Swisscom, the main telco in Switzerland, leading testing activities and projects about applications, and improving access to networks (Vodafone portal, seamless handover between 3G and WiFi, etc).Secondly, moved back to Spain after 6 years abroad, at Arsys Internet (main Internet Service Provider in Spain): I started leading the systems department, responsible for all the platforms and systems that support the Internet services (web and mail hosting, storage, backup, SaaS, IaaS / Cloud, etc.).Since 2011 we created the PMO along several phases, but always leading a team of Project Managers responsible of leading corporate projects. I also lead a team of product developers for Arsys and Ionos (cloud and servers product unit) for a couple of years. And since 2021 the PMO is also leading the Innovation activities and coordinating collaborations in R+D+i, funding programs and developing the innovation ecosystem with the Arsys Lab team. Our goal is to support the business strategy and development at Arsys, working with the last technologies to improve our products, and also help Ionos servers/cloud product unit with their roadmap.
