I help our clients’ advance and protect their competitive abilities, compliance regimes and intellectual property rights. I have helped to develop Bradley’s International and Cross Boarder team to provide our clients with rapid response and real-time assistance with a variety of legal needs for US companies abroad as well as non-US companies in the US.I work to assess, advance and protect our clients’ critical capabilities, and use my legal track record in IP, biotech and international business to provide meaningful real-time protection for our client’s key capabilities. I use the same methodology to assist with our client's technology related domestic and international compliance needs.

I was honored that eLab selected me to join them as their first General Counsel, and to help them grow their capabilities, protect their innovations and shape their strategies to attain the next level of growth. Founded in August 2005, eLab is a privately held Atlanta, Georgia based life sciences technology and laboratory services provider, serving criminal justice, clinical reference and pain management laboratories. eLab deploys deep domain expertise to provide a variety of technology based solutions to laboratories it serves, to advance laboratory operations, procedures and certifications, and drugs of abuse testing programs. eLab supports the needs of toxicology and general chemistry laboratories with applications in both government and clinical sectors; including management of critical test results data, and the integration of such data with medical records systems.

Intergraph is a multinational technology company doing business in over 60 countries throughout the world. Mr. Lucas was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Intergraph from 2000 – 2011. While General Counsel, Mr. Lucas helped define and implement Intergraph’s worldwide legal processes, including representing Intergraph in a variety of proceedings throughout the US and abroad.Most significantly, Mr. Lucas is credited with Intergraph’s global intellectual property licensing and litigation strategy. In what became a significant asset for Intergraph, Mr. Lucas represented Intergraph in enforcement actions against Intel, Dell, HP, IBM, Texas Instruments and others -- successfully recovering $1 Billion in royalties for Intergraph. The enforcement program ultimately resulted in the return of over $800 million in capital to Intergraph’s shareholders. While General Counsel, Mr. Lucas acted as primary legal advisor to three consecutive CEOs, James Meadlock, Jim Taylor and Halsey Wise. For over a decade Mr. Lucas also advised Intergraph's public and private Boards of Directors, providing advice on an array of legal, strategic and operational issues. In 2006, Mr. Lucas represented Intergraph in its $1.3 Billion public sale to Texas Pacific Group, Hellman & Friedman, and JMI Equity. In 2010, Mr. Lucas again represented Intergraph in its $2.125 Billion sale to Hexagon Group AB.
