Provide supervision of warehouse staff, and production planning. Responsible for the direction of materials dispersement through out the facility as well as inventory accuracy, organization and layout of the warehouse. Providing my employees the support they need to better themselves and their knowledge. Through training, and working to understand the needs of all of my employees through one on one discussions as well as auditing of employees, processes, and procedures. Implementation of metrics and goals as well as the application of policies, procedures, and disiplinary action as necassary. Continuous improvements, and implementations. Internal corrective actions/ preventative measures.Job order reconciliations and timely closing orders. Work with carriers and reps to find the most effective solutions to our shipping needs.

Provide supervision for 36 employees in production. Responsible for daily scheduling of resources, directing and redirecting resources as necassary, training, policies, procedures, disiplinary action. Continuous improvements, and implementations. Internal corrective actions/ preventative measures. Order reconciliations. Auditing of employees, processes, and procedures. Implementation of metrics and goals.

Coordinate daily activities in shipping, receiving, and distribuition of raw materials to the production floor. Perform cycle counts as necassary, plan and coordinate year end inventory. Reported directly to the plant manager.
