CurrentI oversee the operation of the Insurance Services department in Forths Forensic Accountants, having specialised in Forensic Accountancy since February 2005.The large proportion of my work is in the insurance market, in the injury and business interruption space, assisting our insurance clients to manage leakage on loss of earnings / loss of profit claims presented against them.I also undertake a proportion of work in the Claimant space. I am currently involved in a significant number of cases a year. Predominantly, these are personal injury (including fatal accident, clinical negligence and pension loss cases), Loss of Use, Business Interruption and Impecuniosity Reviews, with the remaining matters including commercial dispute, fraud matters and professional negligence cases.
