David Auth is a professional in their field. Colleagues describe them as "During the 2019 calendar year David served as chapter president of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at Robert Morris University. During his tenure as president David was exceptional leader and amazing mentor to the rest of the members. David's work ethic was second to none, which was one of the many reasons the organization elected him to serve as president. As president David brought the organization to new heights, leading the chapter to an abundance of national awards during his administration. I had to privilege to serve under David on his executive team, and that for me personally was one of the most beneficial experiences of my college career. One of the most genuine leaders I have ever encountered, nobody in the organization cared more about the success of the group than David. Pushing and motivating members to achieve their highest potential, as well as offering guidance and mentorship whenever needed was a staple of David's leadership qualities. I would eventually become David's successor as chapter president, and I can't stress enough the impact David had on my leadership experience. Everything I know about leadership and people management I learned from David, and I am forever grateful to have had the privilege of working under David. " and "In the fall of 2018 and spring of 2019 I was the sports editor at RMU Sentry Media, the student-run online news outlet at Robert Morris University. It became apparent very quickly that David was one of our most valuable assets. Not only was he arguably our most talented photographer, but he was our hardest working as well. He spent almost all of his weekends taking pictures at sporting events for us, sometimes working 5+ events in a two-day span across three different locations. He was my go-to photographer during that school year and the following year when I became editor-in-chief and he became chief sports photographer. The amount of great photos he supplied us helped give us enough media to launch Colonial Sports Network, one of the few student-run sports publications in the country. We would not have been able to launch it without people like David. David also stepped outside his comfort zone to help us, something I still really appreciate. If we couldn’t find a writer, David occasionally wrote game recaps or gathered quotes for us to do so. He also hosted a movie podcast during his time at Sentry called The Reel, which became one of our more popular shows. I cannot speak highly enough of his talent and work ethic. Above all of that though he is a good person, having run many charity events during his time at RMU through his fraternity. He was always someone that everyone in Sentry enjoyed being around. He was truly one of Sentry’s top workers during his time at RMU."
