RETAY USA is the North American strategy and market development company handling all North American and South American brand and product development for Retay Arms of Konya Turkey. In addition to strategy development and deployment, RETAY USA handles all aspects of specific marketing and brand development within the United States, as well as providing the logistics associated with import, distribution, and warranty service for the RETAY brand within the United States.

As the company’s second-in-command, I oversee the development, delivery, and support of training and resiliency programs for public and private customers. I define and implement the strategic direction for national programs and act as a spokesperson for the organization. Over the course of my tenure in this position, I’ve delivered presentations to Congressmen, governors, cabinet members, and local officials, in addition to private sector executives. My initiatives touch every aspect of the business, including sales, processes, partnerships, operations, programs, and teams. Selected accomplishments: • Enabled $44M increase in Congressional funding for de-escalation training and community policing. • Stood up new business entity to support commercial product line and generated $100K in 4 months.• Led full cycle planning and construction of $4M training facility across 360+ acres, including 175,000 sq. ft. center.• Fundraised $250K for The Hero Community Program non-profit supporting underprivileged youth.• Designed first-of-its-kind business resiliency program for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.

As Program Manager, I oversaw planning, development, and delivery of security training programs for US Government agencies such as the U.S. Navy, CIA, and State Department. In addition to overseeing training content delivery, I owned the responsibility for managing $15M worth of equipment. I coordinated logistics for subcontractors, employees, and customers for multiple agencies. Selected accomplishments: ­• Increased revenue from $1.5M to $3M per year by pivoting operations to enable simultaneous training.• Delivered training program to the Navy SEALS, directly impacting mission objectives around the globe.

• Instructed more than 4,000 people, including Fortune 500 execs, professional athletes, and government leaders.

I led a deep-dive assessment of business resiliency for a law firm with 18 offices. This was a comprehensive analysis of all the company’s operations, including HR, public relations, sales, marketing, crisis response, compliance, and finance. I was able to identify solutions that improved the company’s risk management profile and drove operational efficiency.

Led cross-functional teams ranging in size from 30 – 180 persons as Commander, Operations Officer, and Unit Level Leader to secure over $30B in assets and over 10,000 U.S. and coalition personnel at U.S. locations and wartime deployments.• Visionary and critical thinker – Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security operations for austere and unsecured locations in Afghanistan and Iraq to ensure protection of critical U.S. assets and personnel – contributions ensured the safe conduct of operations with zero loss of life or resources. • Unprecedented Trust – Entrusted with Command of a 45-person security forces team as a junior officer deployed to the Horn of Africa to safeguard $5B in special operations aviation assets.
