I manage five loan programs; one, a fund that seeks to lend within Allentown’s large Enterprise Zone, another that seeks to lend to minority business owners (across Lehigh and Northampton Counties) and a three City wide programs that provides loans to a broad scope of City businesses. Coupled with this work is business outreach/assistance to small businesses including AEDC incubator tenants and assistance with commercial real estate development of the 1.6 million sq. ft. of space that AEDC owns, leases or manages. AEDC is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting smart growth throughout the City of Allentown.
