I'm responsible for rebuilding a major intranet web application to improve the performance and maintainability of the predecessor. This application has been provided with a layered architecture model view presenter (MVP) design pattern to ensure the separation of concerns. A SCRUM-team has been put together to build new solutions on top of this framework. As lead developer I was improving the framework and making sure that other team members are adopting this architecture, newly added features and delivers software according standards.
