I then adopted a solution-oriented mindset, rather than one tied to a specific industry. I embraced a team-based structure, one where each individual leans into their natural strengths. Finally, I concentrated on identifying my own strengths so that I was clear on what I personally brought to the table.In 2007, I began partnering with like-minded individuals to purchase real estate. Today, I own a portfolio of homes across the nation. Within the first 10 years of this venture, I was able to replace my income with passive cash flow.
