Started a fintech to develop a state-of-the-art omnichannel wealth management service concept targeting wealthy entrepreneurs called 'My Private CFO®'. This concept ranked #10 out of 190 participants in Accenture’s Innovation Awards for Financial Services 2012. Responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, approved by Dutch regulators as a statutory management board member. Successfully led the development of an integrated ICT platform with client portal in a very short time frame. Licensed intellectual property to a private bank.

Managed the bank’s mid and back office for securities, payments and client administration. Streamlined processes, targeting higher efficiency and quality with sufficient flexibility to support the business in new developments. Implemented a major upgrade in the core banking system in order to meet regulatory requirements. Liaised with the shareholder and regulators on key operational issues. Acted as statutory managing board member for two subsidiaries as well as the global custodian. I reported to the CFRO and had approx. 50 direct and indirect reports, as well as 20 contractors for several projects.
