We have everything we need to make things better:✅ Data✅ People✅ Simplicity✅ TechnologyI had some early success “modernizing” things while working at a skate shop. Who would have thought that a simple spreadsheet could better help manage inventory? This document, that I designed and implemented, helped ensure we had the right inventory, at the right time. We did great every year during back-to-school season. Hey, kids need shoes.It was so easy. And why wouldn’t organizations want easier, simple, and more effective ways to work?They do. I know. They’re just shy.Some of my additional successes include:⭐️ I learned about U.S. government contracting and then established, registered, and certified a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (Federal)/Disabled Veteran Owned Business (California) to do business with the government. The organization went on to win a $100K U.S. Navy contract within three months of starting up.⭐️ I analyzed the business model of a Fortune 6 subsidiary and identified an opportunity to increase revenues by an estimated $100 Million+ yearly by expanding medical examination offerings nationwide. The company was already doing the work, why not expand?⭐️ This one is my favorite: I clarified contractual performance requirements for a global Department of Defense contract, which allowed my team to baseline and improve performance. My organization received a favorable contract option decision from the client. The contract was worth over $275 million.⭐️ At an investor-owned utility (a Fortune 200 company), I researched and deployed speech analytics technology to better support multiple teams, including operations. The system helped to identify important/critical calls for immediate action, which reduced risk and saved the organization countless hours of manual work.This is what I do. I help modernize organizations so that they work smarter, not harder. It’s really about using systems and processes to drive more value from organizations.
