The Small Business IT Professionals Association assist potential customers to improve their business. Association members are professionals with access to specialised technology, the latest software and industry expertise, providing IT solutions for any business starting out or looking to upgrade. Association members are governed by a comprehensive code of ethics, designed to give potential customers confidence that they are dealing with industry professionals. Members offer each other support, technical assistance and provide up to date training in equipment and new software. Association members elect and appoint the SBITPA Committee at the Annual General Meeting. The Committee's directive is to ensure self-regulation among members, and to exercise the powers and functions of the Associations Incorporations Act, and the rules and regulations of the association.

I assisted our clients with their Digital Print Workflow requirements for their digital copiers and large format printers.Conducted training sessions and demonstrations to improve customer knowledge and support sales of the Cyclone Product. Audiences included Canon Australia and Canon Hong Kong, and major Australian Newspapers.Documented new features for online help systems and provided technical input for the user manual.Other Duties included: Creating and testing colour profiles for print devices.

* Quality Assurance testing of the Cyclone RIP server, which included unit and regression testing.* Customer support for International customers for Canon International, Xerox and The Times Newspapers. An average day would see me answering and resolving 20+ customers.* Design, document and maintain test plans/scripts, reviewing of user manuals, online help and other instructional material.
